ザ・ウォールに収録された「Empty Spaces」の元の曲です。発表直前に替えられたようです。
The Wallのライブで演奏され、そのライブ盤に収録されているのが公式では唯一の音源です。
またスタジオ録音も存在はしており、Gerald Scarfeとのコラボによる「The Wall」の映像版「The Fucking Flowers」には入っているようです。
歌詞は、精神的に疲れが表れている感じですかね。
