間を生かしたリフがメインになっている、まさにツェッペリンという感じの曲です。1とか2みたいな雰囲気がします。

歌詞は、色んな所を歌い渡る様。

ひとり麦の山の上で歌う→大観客を前に歌う→小さな娘に歌う、みたいな流れでしょうか。

ちなみにthe oceanとは、ライブの観客が大勢いる様を「海」のように捉えている、とされています。

和訳

訳注

hailla ball？

一番の最後に出てくる、hailla ball。

haillaの部分は未だに英語圏でも解釈が定まっていないので、一説にhella ballで、印刷時のスペル間違いじゃないかとか、色々言われてます。

hellaの場合

hellaはhell of a~の略なのでhell of a ballとして、「とても楽しい時間」となり

そのままhaillaなら、haillaはアジア系女性の名前や、スペインの姓、北欧の都市名など。

ヘラ（人）のボール、もしくは、ヘラ（都市など）での舞踏会、楽しい時間、と解釈できるでしょう

hailla ballの意味は断定できませんが、

文脈的に、楽しい時間、と解釈するのはそんなに外れじゃないと思うので、上のような訳で書いています。
