当時このアルバムでオジーは引退することを表明していました。（のちに「Ozzmosis」で引退撤回しますが）
怪しい物悲しさと激しさを持つこの曲は、そんな最終アルバムの雰囲気をよく表す曲のように思います。
歌詞は、怪しく幻想的な世界に連れて行くあやしい人について。
Tinkerとは、いたずらっ子、という意味
Tinkertrainで、いたずらな子供を列で連れて行ってしまうようなイメージでしょうか。
帰ってこれないオジーの(最後の)エンターテイメントの世界にようこそ。とでもいうような。
