このアルバムはバンド初のメジャーレーベルからのアルバムで、ここからバンドは全盛期に入っていきます
曲の方も彼らの曲の中で最も有名な曲の一つといって良いのではないでしょうか。
音作りもこの時代にしては衝撃的。
歌詞は、さあぶっ放す、という感じ
曲名のカウボーイはバンドがテキサス出身というところ、
またメジャーでのデビューということもあり、今までのアンダーグラウンドからメジャーでの光の当たる世界にでて、荒々しいサウンドでめちゃくちゃにしてやるぞ、というような感じでしょうか。
